We successfully finished RTR for 9th grade (high school!!) yesterday, and I just want to encourage anyone and everyone who is considering using HOD for high school, that it is TOTALLY do-able and provides a wonderful education for our children! I'm so glad God led us to HOD just in time to finish our homeschool journey focused on HIM in such a wonderful way.

Oh, what a blessing, Heather!!!

It's so exciting to finish a guide, but to finish your first high school year so well is even more exciting!
Your daughter has much to be proud of! Good job, Mom and daughter!
Blessings as you begin 10th grade and Rev2Rev!!!

We have one week left. My kids are busy testing at Grandma's. When they are done, we will finish. I am looking forward to REV2REV next year too. Congratulations! That has to feel great!

Yeah! We will finish in about 2 weeks. We used it for 8th grade, but I also had my 11th grader do it as an elective. It has been such a wonderful year for both of them. The church history has been so good to learn.
Next year we will use Rev2Rev for high school. I think it will be more learning than most high school students are getting! I can't wait to start American history which I find so much more interesting than medieval times. I'm actually listening to "Johnny Tremain" on CD right now (we are using that as part of his literture program next year) and it is such a great book! I'm really getting excited.
We start school back up in the middle of August, but I don't know how I'll wait! Need to remind myself of all the outdoor projects that I need to focus on--like that poor deck which needs restaining.

Oh, ladies! There are so many of you getting near the finish line for this year's guide!

I am so proud of all of you and of your kiddos too, and of all your hard work that you have put in this year. It's time to take a moment to celebrate!

The Lord is so good in helping us through another year, isn't He!
Blessings,
Carrie
