Sample Book Ideas for DITHOR

Has it been updated since 3-4 years ago? And what's the chances of getting it in PDF format for those of us who don't have another order and just want the book ideas so we can avoid paying shipping for it? I have mine but it's been a few years and now Carrie has so many new book packs for DITHOR, I figure there must have been some updates by now!
