I'm looking ahead to next year and need clarification on the Day 4 Science plan.
Extension plans for Advanced Version only:
Then it lists stuff to do on Day 4 and Day 5.

If I bought the Science Package Option 1 (not the advanced curriculum kit), do we do anything on day 4 or day 5 for science?

Yes, if you use option 1, the exploration education science is only scheduled for days 1 to 3. However, The inventor study is scheduled for all 4 days.

I have another question about this science... will I be able to reuse the box for my other children, or will I need to order new for them since my oldest will have already put stuff together? Is it possible to just buy the consumables from the box?

I think I understand what you are asking. You will have to buy a new box. Pretty much everything in the box is a consumable. The dc use it all to make the different projects. These are pretty impressive things that they build. My ds is loving this science.

I wonder if you can get it without the software since I'd already own this. No need to eventually own six of them...

Oh, good... it looks like you can get it without the CD and teacher's guide for $30 less: http://www.explorationeducation.com/store/index.htm

Carrie... do you think you could offer it that way in your catalog??? Pretty please!

Julie,

We are planning to offer this option to our customers if John at Exploration Education allows us to do so (as we know families will need just the replacements). We have truly enjoyed working with Exploration Education, so we'll just need to ask. Thanks for the reminder. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
