Different notebooks needed for CtC

Hi, I am going to do a shopping list for what we need for CtC. I have read the introduction and have purchased most of the art supplies needed for watercolor. I would like to know what kind of notebook or different notebooks you use for Science. Aside from a composition notebook for language arts, what else do I need? Thank you.
