Can I do this online or do I have to call? I don't have a land line, so I don't want to actually purchase over a cell phone.

I ordered online and posted the book I wanted to substitute in the order notes box.

When I order CtC can I order another Student Notebook as a sub. for A Child's Geography or does it have to be another book? I'll have two dc using CtC.

I believe so. I know that Julie told me I can sub Shakespeare Student Notebooking pages for the History Atlas that I already have.

I substituted notebooking pages for a book. I think the only rule is that it priced equal or less than the other item, and of course that you do not exceed the limit.
