help with a missing page?

I just bought the Little Hands to Heaven book used, and I am really looking forward to using it with my 3 year old son this summer. I am missing the flashcard page for A & B though, (torn out) and was hoping to find the hand motion & hint for those 2 letters.

Also, I noticed that the lesson plans say to print a copy of the "count on me" page in the appendix to use with counting, but it doesn't seem to have ever been in my book (not torn out, just not there in the appendix) Maybe this was on the reverse of the A & B flashcards?

If someone can tell me what that might look like, I may be able to reproduce the same concept with excel, but I don't really know what it should look like.

Any help would be appreciated! :D

Thank you all!

I am using Little Hands to Heaven (LHTH) and the count on me page is on the other side of A/B. The count on me page is just five rectangles big enough to draw a picture in it and a blank line under each rectangle to put a number on it. The rectangles are 3" x 1 3/4". The directions each week will say what to draw in the rectangle starting with 1 and gradually increasing until there are 5 of each picture in each rectangle. Great intro to skip counting. My dd is up to 5 so it is 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and she did purple jars in her picture. The page says to tell a story about the picture too and this is helping with storytelling!
The flashcards just reinforce the letter of the week fingerplay so A A Adam and the fingerplay that is is the directions each week-unit 1 day 2 Key idea.

Lana - If you purchased your guide from HOD, just give them a call, and they will gladly email you PDF's of the pages! They always give excellent customer service like that. HTH! :D
