If I have 2 kids in Bigger, should I order 2 devotionals?

I don't think so. The Drawn student books are reproducible within your family and I believe the devo is not a workbook, but a book for you to read to your kiddos. (We're not that far yet, so not totally sure!) I think one of each will be fine.

Ditto to Melanie's post - there's no need for 2 devotionals, and the DITHR Student Books may be copied for your family's use. Some moms do enjoy having their children owning and writing in their own Student Workbooks (as opposed to using loose-leaf copy paper, you could get 2 of the DITHR Student Books if that is your desire.

What is the devotional that is spoken of here? I just started using Bigger, completed the first week (and love it!!), and I can't recall a devotional....the music book?

I have four in Bigger and really you just need one. We do it all together. In fact I have to hide it from them because they try to read ahead.
