I am praying it goes smoothly. I will be starting a bible study on Tuesday mornings so my daughter is going to do some stuff with the little guys while I am there. I have printed stuff off and gotten some books about famous composers.
I have everything planned out and organized for our new year start tomorrow.

Us too. I errored in my schedule thinking I had 2 weeks before Christmas and found out I had one and two weeks after.

But as this last week approached I felt relaxed.
Everything ready to go here too. Starting a couple new read alouds!
I pray as well that it goes smoothly as starting again brings.... um... attitudes.

Us too! I am praying for a GOOD attitude from ME...feeling a little anxious about it...a lot anxious about it....and with HOD, that is not a typical feeling....

Ladies,
I think that starting back always has its share of concerns. In my eleven years as a public school teacher, I always had those types of feelings about heading back each year in January too.

I must admit that we always have our share of bumps in the road in starting back up at home here too.
However, take heart because I've also always found that after a few weeks of working the kinks out, getting back on schedule, and working on attitudes and heart issues, that the time after that is our best teaching time of the year.

For us, the time from January to April is always our most productive. This is because the kiddos have hit their stride and can do what we are asking. They are older and more able, and you can really start to see the fruit!
Blessings,
Carrie
