Maybe I'm missing something (not unusual
), but it says to reveal the answer of what the poem is about, and I don't see an answer anywhere. I'm guessing it's something like a caterpillar, but I want to be sure and thought I would check here.
Thanks!!!!

We just did this and it took me awhile to see it too. I had to reread it slowly, out loud. I kept skipping over it
I believe it was a snake.

I thought of that, but the word "fuzzy" made me think it might be something else, maybe a pussy willow tree?

Heather,
You're right! The answer is missing. We noticed it too. On Unit 15 it was a caterpillar who becomes a butterfly. On Unit 12, it was a snake.
We noted it for the next revision.
In Unit 24 it is a snowfall. Somehow in the typing of the poems, the answers got omitted.
Blessings,
Carrie

Thanks Carrie!! That helps!
I thought caterpillar, too, but my dd said that they do have feet.
So, I explained the use of symbolism and imagery again.
