DITHOR question

This year my son is using the 4th grade level reading books for DITHOR. If I want him to do DITHOR next year, would I go ahead and get the 5th grade books and the same workbook to use again with it or would he move up to 6th grade workbook?

I guess I am just wondering if he can use DITHOR every year from now through 8th grade, but use the workbook over again just with different books.

My understanding is that it is intended that one can use each level of DITHOR for 2 years. I'm pretty for sure that I read that when I was reading the introduction and teachers tips in the teacher's guide this year. So yes, I think you can use the level 4/5 workbook again next year with new books. It will be fresh since you are using different books. When you get into Preparing next year, DITHOR is only scheduled 3 days per week so you only get through 5 genres in the year instead of all 9. It is scheduled at 3 days per week in the following guides also. So you should be able to use it all the way through 8th grade with no problems.

Pjdobro is right on track with her advice! That is exactly what we did with our ds, and it has worked well.
