There may be a spreadsheet type list on the HOD yahoo group. I know I've seen a list somewhere before ...

The HOD catalog lists all the books and resources needed for each guide. Catalogs are free and are shipped out to you free of charge. If you don't have one yet, you can order a catalog off the homepage. 
Also, the Appendix of some of the guides (like LHFHG, Beyond, Bigger) have additional resources/books listed according to unit as well. Sometimes these are history-related, and sometimes these are genre based. HTH!
