Amey wrote:Ladies I have GREAT news!!!!!!! We had the results faxed to our ob/gyn and he says that my numbers show that I had the virus YEARS ago and have immunity to it! (Most likely from my cousin) He said there is absolutely nothing to worry about and he sees no reason for an ultrasound unless we just want one. He is seeing us on Monday to explain the results to us in more detail, but assured us that there is nothing to worry about. Apparently the other doctor explained our results to us ummm..incorrectly or something was lost in translation. Our ob/gyn speaks perfect English and is a wonderful dr. whom I trust completely. I want to stick a fork in the other dr's eye. Thank you all for riding this roller coaster with me for the past few days..thank you so much.
Oh, Amey! I'm all teared up reading this - only God could come up with such a perfect plan for you and your baby! It's amazing to me how God plans so much ahead - exposing you to this virus many years ago so you'd be immune to it now - long before we ever know what is headed our way - He has a plan in place for us, a perfect plan. I am continuing to pray for you and your baby's health, but this is truly an answer to prayer already. :D

In Christ,
Julie

AMEN!!!!!!!!!
Isn't our God wonderful!!!! I PRAISE the Lord with you and your family. I would suggest that you have the ultra sound to calm any fears in your mind in the future, Satan loves to wreak havoc when we have those sleepless nights at the end. Glory to God!! I can just imagine the relief you are feeling! Lets just believe God that this has been a growing experience for the previous Dr. too. As hard as this was to go through can you thank God with me for the fact that this did not happen to someone who did not know Christ, His anointing and the power of prayer. Praise God for His faithfulness. We continue to lift you and yours up for a safe and easy delivery for your little one.

Praising the Lord with you! Isn't God amazing?! I've been doing the Beth Moore Believing God Bible study and this reminds me of some of the miracles she mentions in the week I just read. This has just given me chills.
