Re: OT: Advice/prayer/encouragement desperately needed!
Ds came home for a visit today and did fairly well although we had some anger issues. He WANTS to stay there b/c he is trying to earn "points" for some reward of some sort. Too funny. He will stay tonight and start the day program in the morning. Please keep me in prayer, too, as I am withdrawing from Cymbalta and having a really tough time. VERY irritable and moody. And the dizziness is too much to bear sometimes. Driving is an impossibility. Everytime I turn my head I feel faint. Noise of any kind is making me crazy. And THAT is unavoidable in my crazy house! If any of you know of any natural ways to lessen the effects of these symptoms I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

I am glad to hear your son is doing ok I am not really sure what cymbalta is, but charcoal can help get it out of your system faster, not sure if that is the reason for withdrawal or not. You could probably google how to lesson the symptoms... with charcoal though, it is used for overdose and accidental poisoning in hospitals, we use it for other things like an allergy to food that we cant ovoid or to get rid of the stomach bug. Anyway it comes in pill or powder form and they can tell you how to use it at a health food store. Still praying for all of you!!

Sue,
I just wanted to let you know that I will remember you and your family in prayer as I am sure that the ladies on the board will as well. I pray that you have received some encouragement from the board in your time of need and that the Lord will be very near to you as you continue this journey.
I am so glad that the HOD Board has been with you as have gone through the initial onset of this very tough trial. Now I feel that I need to close out the thread as we're traversing in waters which are outside of the realm of this board. I know that some of the ladies will continue to be in touch with you through private messages, and I pray they will continue to encourage you in this way.
Blessings,
Carrie
