grandsophy, my little one loves books, so seeing a catalog full of books makes her go a little nuts.

My kids love the HOD catalog because they recognize the guide(s) that they've finished and enjoyed. And, they love to see what they'll get to do next year (just like I do!).

Grant will be doing RtR next year, and when he grabbed the HOD catalog, he said, "Mom! When can we start our new school year??! I can. not. wait. to read the next Viking Quest book!!" Now, he was very excited for a break this summer. And I know that he'll love every minute of it. But, I'm glad that he's looking forward to next year, too. Thank you for the great books you choose, Carrie. We're all hooked!

By the way, my kids have never been excited about a school catalog before...and many came through our house before HOD.
