I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have lost two sweet babies. It was devastating to realize that all the hopes and dreams I had for them would never come to pass. It is truly heartbreaking. God is the healer of our hearts and I know He will comfort you during this hard time. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 I found this poem on the internet that I really enjoyed so I thought I would share it here...
The following poem was written by Denise Hanstad who lost her baby at birth.

A Tiny Hand

A tiny hand we'll never hold.
A child without a name.
Your coos and giggles
won't touch our ears,
but we loved you just the same.
The twinkle in your little eyes,
was not for us to see;
we longed to hold you in our arms,
but it never came to be.
God now holds your tiny hand,
He's given you a name;
your coos and giggles grace Heaven's ears,
but we'll miss you just the same.
The twinkle in your little eyes,
now lights the sky at night.
God holds you close in loving arms,
you're always in His sight.
A tiny hand we'll never hold,
we have no reason why;
but we'll always hold you in our hearts,
even though we said good-bye.

I am so sorry for your loss but know that you'll one day see your precious babe in heaven. I have had this experience twice in my life too and know it's so important to lean on the Lord for comfort. I will pray for His strong arms to surround and comfort you as you grieve. I was comforted in rocking my other babes and knowing what a blessing from the Lord they are.

Blessings,
Carrie

Praying for you! I have also lost two in the past. I can testify that God gave me the strength to get through each heartache and grow even closer to Him through those rough times.

One of my favorite verse that I pray encourages you in this time:
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you & help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Is 41:10

Michelle,

As so many of the other moms have shared, and hopefully you are drawing hope and comfort from, I, too have suffered this lose. I pray you also can take comfort in knowing the Good Shepherd has your precious one in His arms. Oh how I wish I could throw an arm around you and give you comfort, please know that you are in my prayers as I write this.

In Him,
Nancy
