Let me know how it turns out and how your family likes it. We LOVE it here, served with a salad. I'm sure some homemade biscuits or cornbread would go great with it too. :)

I loved checking out your blog! You've got me wanting to go tubing down that river now, and I also am having hunger pangs for your cheesy scalloped potatoes... mmmm! Your daughter looks like such a sweetie, and she already looks pretty comfortable in the kitchen. My boys try to help out with cooking, but really they're just in it for the end "licking of the spatula or spoon". Thanks for sharing!
