I'm the "Alternator"! (I'm sort of imagining myself alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator here - can you see the smoke rising around me, as I "take the house" scooping up crayons, shouting out orders, gesturing wildly with markers and markerboards, and... 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1... the TIMER RINGS!) :lol: :lol: :lol:

Seriously though, since I have 3 boys, I do have to move them around a lot, and it has worked better to alternate between places in the house, between inspirational/disciplinary activities, between moving and sitting down, and between school and play. I do remember my dniece sitting and playing with a doll... in the same place... happily... for 3 hours though! So perhaps girls are a totally different story!
