If you own any of Singapore's Home Instructor Guides (HIGs), there are some great "mental math" pages in the appendixes. My second son struggled with xtramath.com, but doing a few mental math questions each day has really helped with multiplication facts. I've also heard good things about Times Tales, but haven't used it.
