Yes, I think you're right that if you just get the Bigger book they will still give you package price later. Also, in the Bigger book you would have the math activities for 2a, 2b. The schedule is in the appendix of Beyond but not the activities. Once you get to 3a,3b there aren't activities and you would just need textbook/workbook then. As far as needing thennext guide up every year, you will need Preparing guide the next year for the dictation but in that guide is 3 levels so you wouldn't need higher book after that.
