Anyone try the experiments before doing them with the kiddos

Post by MamaBear23Cubs » Tue May 27, 2008 11:38 pm

We did the fresh water and salt water thing with the eggs and it failed at first attempt. I did 4 teaspoons instead of tablespoons. So a lesson learned about how important it is to read instructions the right way. :) Then the art project didn't go well either with the wax paper and then color waters. I ended up just using a white crayon on paper and then water colors.

MamaBear23Cubs,

We usually get only one try around here at experiments and activities! I will say that my son has definitely learned to read directions better since doing more of the boxes in our guides on his own! He's discovered that it makes everything turn out so much better!

Blessings,
Carrie
