Covering writing skills in upcoming HOD guides

I came across this thread as I was searching for any conversations regarding Story Starters by Karen Andreola. Since several guides have been written since Preparing, and I don't see Story Starters in any of the guides yet, has the plan changed? I think I would like to implement this book at some point, but if it will be in one of the guides, I would like to hold off until then. Also, has Igniting your Writing been excluded from being planned for any of the guides too?

I'm curious if this has changed as well. I'm assuming it has since this original post was from 2008. In fact I read the post thinking Carrie had just posted this but when I went back to reread it I realized it was a old post.

This did change, but I am not sure why. Hopefully Carrie will see this when she gets back from convention and comment. As far as Igniting Your Writing I know that now it is only suggested if you are doing DITHOR and no other HOD program. There are some cases such as ours when we did Preparing and were not using Rod and Staff at the time that Julie recommended we do Igniting Your Writing to with Preparing in order to have the writing instruction that was expected. If we had been doing Rod and Staff it would not have been necessary.
