choosing levels for DITHR

Post by Gwenny » Tue Jan 22, 2013 12:48 pm

Is it better to err on the side of easy, or a little more challenge? The level 3 fantasy that I have seems a little easy, but the 4/5 fantasy seems to be a big jump. I know she can totally read it to herself easily, but....is the point of DITHR more analysis, and is it easier to learn on a simple book?

I error on the side of easier, personally. The analysis is key, and it is tougher to teach the concepts in DITHOR when the book itself is a challenge. HTH! :D
