We are still continuing this as we can and our new favorite drink is -
Hot cocoa with a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream. :D
Just had to share for anyone that needed a variation of regular tasting cocoa. I always buy our cocoa in bulk, so the easiest way to change it is by what we add in.
Just about any flavor of ice cream will do. We also use flavored coffee creamers.

Oh, what fun! I LOVE this idea and never would have thought of it! Thanks so much for this great idea - off to get some ice cream! :D :D :D
