Help finding thread. What to order for 1st x weeks of PHFHG

A friend is ordering BLHFHG and PHFHG and needs to know what to order for the first 1/4 to 1/2 of PHFHG in order to economize. I know the thread is out there, but I can't find it! Some of you moms are super searchers and I need your help :)
