May 28th...

Post by Amey » Mon May 19, 2008 1:39 pm

Lucky girls! I have to wait until May 28th to get mine. (At least I'm assuming it's coming with my order of LHFHG?) My HOD package is just sitting at my in-laws house in Texas waiting to fly here to Mexico with some friends of ours that are coming at the end of the month! 8) GRRRRRR!! But when May 28th comes, if this thread is still around, by-golly I will chime in with my cheers for my catalogue!! *Jealous* Jealous*Jealous*

Just chiming in to agree... the catalog is AWESOME!! In fact, it was what made me reconsider that hmm, maybe I should take another look at this program, and brought me here to the board!! It is so thoughtfully laid out, and just enough information that it gives you what you need!! Loving it...

I got mine here in Iowa pretty early!! Like others said, some benefits to living here in the middle of nowhere!! :) Hope all you ladies who are patiently waiting will see yours soon!!

I got mine yesterday. It is really awesome. My dh picked it up and said this took a ton of work and they did an awesome job. He read the part that told about all the different subjects and was very impressed. He's a technical writer so he k nows what goes into making a catalog. 8) I have to say that if I were on the fence I would have been sold by the catalog. But even so it was nice to read it and know again why we are set with HOD. They really got the heart of the program across. :D

I received mine with my 1st HOD order on Sat.
The catalog is so inviting, I feel like I'm sitting down with a good book. How wonderful it is to be able to look ahead at what dd will be doing in future years, and to look back at what her little sister has to look forward to in the future with LHTH! :)

I got mine on Monday. I love it!!!! I am not sure if I'll also get one with my order which should be arriving by the end of this week. If I do, I have a friend that I will give one to. P.R. time.

This catalog is bathroom magazine rack worthy....only my faves go in there because that is where I steal 5 minutes for myself without little bodies interrupting me. :-) Of course they lay on the floor outside the bathroom and stick their fingers under the door saying "I see you Mommy." LOL

Excellent job Carrie and your sister....which one did the writing? I love that HOD is so family oriented down to the finest detail. If I hadn't already had my heart set on HOD, I sure would now.

Thanks!!!

When I tell new moms about this phenomenon, they look at me aghast as if they would never hide in the bathroom from their kids. And especially as if their kids would never ever put their tiny little hands under the door trying to reach them! I give a knowing smile, shake my head, and say, 'Just wait.' Of course, the memory of those little hands under the door is enough to bring a smile to my face and heart still today. My youngest has never done it, but it was quite common with the older two. To be honest, I miss being wanted and needed that much

I'm hoping that my catalog is out in the box........

hehe!! this is too cute!! and I get it with 3 kiddos. very fun to see 3 sets of hands under the door. Although, the youngest likes to stick her toes under, so most times there is 2 hands and a foot coming thru, with lots of giggles!!!
