Not only have I just ordered LHFHG for my son, but we have finally received in the mail, his exemption certificate. In NZ, we have to apply for an exemption for our children to be able to home school them. It is illegal to home school without it, but you do not need it before they turn six. So with DS's application, I finally sent it in about three weeks prior to his sixth birthday with a note saying I would send a copy of a report from his speech therapist once I received it. I had asked her for this about six or seven weeks prior to his birthday and at that stage I still hadn't received it. I finally got it in November and sent a copy in. Now today, I have finally received the certificate. It is a huge relief as I have really had him at home illegally since mid October. This is just so awesome.
