Finished LHFHG!!

Post by mskogen » Mon Sep 26, 2011 5:28 am

Last Thursday was a happy and sad day at our house. My ds 6 finished Little Hearts. What a wonderful time we have had, but sadly it came to an end.
However, we start Beyond next Monday! :D Defintely mixed emotions :? I am comforted knowing that I will return to Little Hearts in about a year with my dd!!!
What a testimony, I can't wait to experience the program again!!!! Thanks Carrie!
Blessings,
Michelle

Michelle - I totally know what you mean! I am having the same mixed feelings of finishing Bigger Hearts and starting PHFHG in a week. LHFHG is a special year. Such growth there - beginning to learn to read, beginning to learn to write, beginning to learn to have discussions about books that are more grown up, beginning to dig deeper into knowing the Lord - lots of firsts in that guide. BUT, you are going to love Beyond too. It is such a privilege to have a front row seat to seeing our dc grow and mature from year to year - actually not a front row seat I guess - but actually IN the game with them. :D What fun!!! :D Have a super start with Beyond - you have many great days ahead of you!

In Christ,
Julie

Michelle,

I just had to pop-in late and praise the Lord with you! I can't believe you're done! :D Finishing is truly bittersweet!

Thanks so much for sharing! :D
