I'm so excited at what I found!

I discovered that I can buy The Early Reader's Bible that is used in Beyond for Kindle. Now, I know that a children's Bible shouldn't really be on a Kindle, but we're overseas and when I ordered my school books I neglected to order the Bible. I was counting every ounce of weight and I figured that I could make up for it with books I already had.

When I started Beyond a couple weeks ago and saw the great questions Carrie has in the appendix, I decided that I really wished I had ordered it. To top it off, my son is really wanting to read his Bible through and he started his KJV bible but became discouraged, so I thought this would be a great way to encourage him and build his reading skills. I was even contemplating ordering one and having it sent over, but I knew it would take months to get here.

Imagine how excited I was today to discover that I can buy it for my Kindle. I can't wait to show it to him.

Now, maybe I'll just go ahead and order some of the Emerging Reader's that I'm missing and won't have to have for months anyway.

Yes, he does!

My son enjoyed reading from his Bible so much yesterday and today. He was so pleased when I told him he can sometimes do two lessons to make up for the days he missed. And he did such a good job with it, too.
