My manual went MIA and it is getting late here in Florida 
, but I think this is the craft you are talking about. 
We did it 2 years ago with my oldest.
If you take a good look, you can see the different colors of construction paper that we tore. Since I don't have the manual handy, I hope that we followed the directions that Carrie wrote carefully
