DITHOR times: Independent and Teacher

Just curious about the times for DITHOR at various levels....I do see times listed for various guides, in the schedules thread and in times for boxes types of threads, but not broken down. How much time is independent and how much time is with Mom?? Thanks.

I don't have actual times, but I can tell you in 2/3, the child reads aloud to you and you work with them to complete all the workbook activities, so the whole 30 minutes is teacher directed. In 4/5, maybe half of the days are independent, and the child reads aloud to you about once or twice a week. In 6/7/8, nearly all the work is independent, and the child no longer reads aloud to you. In every level the "genre kickoff", the "prereading activity", and explaining the book project are teacher directed.
