So who's all going? My dh and I are. We're so excited to get to see Carrie and Julie. I'm about giddy with getting to get our HOD curriculum for next year as well. :D

We're here in Cincinnati, ladies and the HOD booths are almost ready for you! :D We're excited to see some of you from the board who will be there. When we meet those of you from the board it is always like seeing an old friend, though some of us have never met face-to-face. We'll see you soon! :D

Blessings,
Carrie

Super excited about seeing you for the first time! We will be there on Saturday -- another homeschooling friend and I are traveling up there from KY tomorrow, but we won't be there until tomorrow night. Can't wait to meet you!

I was thoroughly blessed by meeting Carrie, Julie, and Mike this weekend. It is so much fun to talk to them in person! I had so many questions and I thought they would never have time to answer them - their booth was very busy, praise God! But there was a lull at lunch time, and Carrie spent a LONG time with me walking me through my questions - actually on several different occasions as I kept coming back with more questions. :) I left with such a peace inside. I am SO thankful for the work these ladies are doing all the time - let me tell you - they work HARD at those conventions - non-stop on their feet for hours and hours and hours. God is blessing the work of their hands and they are certainly blessing all of us. A HUGE, HUGE thank you Carrie and Julie!!! Hope to see you next year! And I pray that you are able to rest and recover a bit when you get home...

I agree. It was really wonderful to meet them both. I was so blessed by my time with them. What anointed women of God they are! I didn't get to meet or see Mike, but I am really thankful. And I pray that many more ladies were led to Heart of Dakota through this convention as well.

I was so happy with how busy the HOD booth was this year too!!! I actually had total strangers out of the blue ask me what curriculum I used. I was very happy to say HOD and would direct them to where the booth was. I really don't think it takes much to sell the curriculum as it's so wonderful and sells itself. I have two friends who are using it after we told them about it. CLAP-CLAP!!!

Dh and I were both glad to get to see Carrie, Julie, and Mike. I know that HOD is their business, but it's seriously run so much like a ministry. Thank you for that.

My dc were equally glad to see their new HOD manual. My little girl started to jump up and down when she saw it. Then later on when we got back from a day of Convention, my ds said (while hugging my neck and a big smile on his face), "Momma, I saw our new HOD manual." :D

I'm making my way through reading the Bigger manual. I know I'm a nerd, but I love to see what we're going to learn and all the fun things we get to do.

We loved meeting and seeing all of you ladies as well! :D It was terrific to get to talk to you in person and to meet some of your husband's and/or children. :D We were thrilled to have Mike there to help us, as we were very busy all convention long. What a blessing though that the Lord takes such good care of us! :D

It is so good to be able to visit with you on the board too, knowing we can still stay in touch all year long as we share our HOD journey! :D

By the way, Edwena, the cookies were our evening meal and were absolutely delicious as we tore down our booth. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
