So glad HOD made it to Memphis for the first time this year!!! I know for certain of one family in our homeschool group that bought HOD because you came to the Midsouth Convention. (I had been raving about it to her the month before.) I can't wait to get more catalogs! I always keep an extra to give away. I believe I have also convinced my bf to use Preparing for her dd next school year. 8)

Praying that the new conventions will be successful and that God will bless you all as you share with people the wonderful curriculum God has enabled you to create.

Carrie and Julie,
Praying you are having a fruitful convention season so far!
I hope you will come way out west in the near future. I'm from CA, now living in AZ, and I know that the homeschooling community in both places could use a visit! So many people I've talked to haven't heard of HOD. I'm trying to spread the word in my own homeschooling circles, but there are a LOT of homeschoolers out here who would really benefit from learning about your fantastic curriculum. I'm only doing LHTH but being the researcher at heart that I am, I think I've been through your entire catalog with a fine toothed comb!
Maybe next year you'll make it to the wild west

I second this! I'm from CA, too, and am also doing LHTH and have read every word in the catalog. I'd be willing to drive to anywhere in CA to meet you ladies. I'll be checking the convention schedule every year and crossing my fingers!

I've never seen HOD at a convention before and I'm driving all the way to Greenville at the end of the week. So glad you'll be there. Three questions: 1. Are you speaking at any workshops? 2. Will you be selling books at the booth? 3. Will the newest guide be available to look at.
Thanks.

Will you ever come to a convention out West? We're in WA state.

Ladies,

I knew our changes would make some of you happy and some of you sad. We feel the same way. It is so difficult for us to choose where to go that we must really pray and ponder over our decisions every year. I'm so sorry for those of you that we will not get to see at convention this year, and I am excited to meet those of you we will get to see at convention. :D Either way, we feel blessed to have the board to link us with so many of you! It is a privilege. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
