Found this note from my daughter

on the school room table this morning. It reads:

Welcome to school room fun!

This year we'll study history, spelling, cursive and a bunch of other things. Every day in Bigger Hearts For His Glory we'll have a Bible study, practice our weekly memory verses, do fun science, and do crafts for our notebooks.

I thought it was kind of cute. I'm going make it the first page in her BHFHG binder. I am so excited to get back into the swing of things.

Aww! That's sooo sweet!

What a contrast to my children's atitude today! We live in a campus and all the other children have returned to school today. Yesterday, Sunday, they put so much pressure on my children to come to school "just for a week, to see how you like it"

My 8 yo dd was ready to follow them this morning and she had a meltdown when we said that she cannot go, we have to arrange it with the principal (she is away right now!! he he!) etc etc.

Peer pressure!

Look me up in about 10 years when my ds is needing a marriage partner, will you?!? Seriously, what a precious dd you have! I love her attitude, and I hear they're catching, so it's especially nice hers shines so sweetly!
