It's official! Moving to Philadelphia! Anyone from that area

My husband took a new position and we will be moving to the Philly area, between Wayne and Souderton. Do any of you happen to live in that area?
Please pray for us as we prepare to sell our home and look for another! Moving and homeschooling, should be interesting!
DS 11 Finished CtoC! Moving on to RtoR!
DD 9 Preparing- Hoping to give her the best year possible, and sticking to the guide as written!
DS 4 All About Reading, R&S preschool workbooks, maybe some Little Hands

I don't live there anymore, but there's tons of history there and the seashore is only 1 1/2 hours away! God Bless...
