another update -

Post by kerby » Sun Mar 09, 2008 10:21 pm

I am having such a tough evening, ladies. I could really use your prayers!!!

I have had an OK week, albeit a little tough at times but not as bad as I thought. This afternoon started getting a little tough and has slowly progressed to getting worse. I am really teary right now, as well as pretty "phloopty" and nauseous. I had hoped that this last step would be btter but I am getting a little nervous. I know it's just the process but...

I am just so sick of feeling like this! I want to be "done" with it all. I want to get on with my life, my dc and school, and get back to my "old self" again. It's hard to know what my old self really is, it's been sooo long.

Please, pray. I hope to be back by the end of the week but want to be here sooner. KWIM? Anyway, thanks for your support and prayers - I KNOW they are helping me through.

K

PS - I did go to church last week and pot luck. It was actually an OK morning. :)

Update ... Praise!!!

Post by kerby » Thu Mar 13, 2008 7:28 pm

I am finally on the upside! What an extremely loooong week, and hard, too. :x

It was a very hard week but God is always faithful! :D 8)

I couldn't believe that it was soo much harder than the previous steps. :? This final step took 4-5 days to get beyond the worst of it. Praise Him, though, Satan did NOT win!!! :D :D God is in complete control regardless of where my head is. Praise Him for this victory! He definitely gets alll the Glory and I will use this for Him whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Thank you all for your prayers, too. I KNOW that I could not have gotten through this without your uplifting! 8)

Oh Kerby, I praise the Lord with you. I am so sorry you had to go through this but thankful that you are on the other side. I love your openness.
