Post by homeschoolmom » Wed Jul 07, 2010 10:23 am

I am doing Beyond this year with my second grader. By any chance, does anyone have a list of materials needed for this guide?? Such as glue, globe, tape..etc

Hi,

I was just wondering that myself yesterday. I would also appreciate knowing! :)

We just finished Beyond last year - you have a wonderful year ahead of you! :D HOD just uses common art and kitchen supplies, and the plans almost always offer substitution ideas, so we've always been in good shape for materials. :D I have the same things on hand the pp shared, along with masking tape and clear tape, a ruler, maybe some glitter, we also have a globe. I always start the year by going through the "Introduction" of each guide and marking in the margins the supplies I personally choose from the options suggested. Then, the next time around with the next child, my decisions are all marked there already (unless I want to change it up then  ). :D Have fun with Beyond! :)
