A glimpse of my family...

Post by Kathleen » Thu Mar 06, 2008 9:34 pm

It has been so fun getting to know you girls on this board! :D
You have been a huge encouragement to me as your love for the Lord shines through in your posts!  And, I can see that you want to serve Him as you raise and school your precious kids.  That is truly my desire and it's so refreshing to find others who are like-minded!
I never really introduced myself when I started posting, so I thought I'd give you a glimpse of my family. :D (I know no one asked...and I'd love to meet Melanie, too. Only I'm closer than you all and I may just take a drive some day...)
This is me with Grant & Allison in Colorado...our family loves the mountains and hiking!

Kathleen,

What fun pictures! My favorite is your little one all mud-faced! With my 4 boys I can definitely relate to that! They love nothing better than to get dirty from head to toe!

Thanks for sharing! We're glad you're here!

Blessings,
Carrie

Kathleen! What beautiful pictures!!! IT must be so neatfor the kids to have cows! My dd wants to be a farmer. She loves animals and always askes if we can get a horse and cows. Never mind that we only live on half an acre!! Guinea pigs and a dog will have to do !!
Thanks for posting the pics. I second that it is so good to "see" the people we have been talking to!!!

I LOVE IT!!! Our lives are so similar....right down to the mud! Your kiddos are just precious. Which fair do you guys go to? I guess it's not the MO state fair is it....just me doing some wishful thinking that we could meet there! :)

Love your pics and I really am working on it guys! I'll guess I'll just tell dh to just take a picture of me...but let me fix my hair and get on some makeup (which I only wear on Sunday)!

Love the pics! What a beautiful family you have! I have to say my favorite is the mud picture though - my sons often look like that too - especially in the spring. It's amazing they can ever get clean, isn't it? What a neat family!
