How much time spent on each "box"?
I'm trying to sketch out a tentative schedule for next year and was wondering how much time was spent on each "box". We will be using Preparing and LHFHG. My ds12 is using R&S 6/Saxon Math 87 , ds10 is using R&S 4/Singapore Math, ds9 is using R&S3/Singapore 2B/3A. I'm guessing on the main subjects and taking into consideration the ability of each of my dc to sit and complete bookwork. Ds9, for instance, can only handle 15-20 min. "chunks" of seatwork before he needs to have a break. I guess I'm not so concerned about the right side of the guides, but the left as I do not have experience with that. Thanks for any advice you have!

Sue,
This past thread should help. Both Preparing and LHFHG's schedules are on the thread, if you get a chance to read it all the way through. Link:

You'll likely need to add some additional time in your schedule for Saxon math (in addition to the time allotted for your son whose doing Singapore) and an extra 20 min. or so to do an extra level of Rod and Staff in Preparing (as you'll be doing both Rod and Staff English 4 and 6).
Hope that helps!
Blessings,
Carrie

So helpful. Thank so much, Carrie! I'm not feeling "quite" so overwhelmed now.
