Primary Math Extra/Intensive Practice Workbooks

Does anyone use the Extra or Intensive Practice workbooks for Primary Math to supplement the regular workbooks? Some say there isn't enough practice, but wouldn't something like this take care of that problem? I saw these and thought it may be a good thing for my dd, who will probably need to have that practice for some concepts to stick.

Someone suggested just getting a workbook from the store to practice a concept dd is having trouble with. I was just curious as to how others may handle this if a child needs extra practice.
