Storytime with multiple children

Post by mskogen » Tue Mar 16, 2010 10:22 am

I am starting to plan for next year. I will have one in Preparing full speed, one finishing Bigger then starting Preparing half speed. I am wondering how to do storytime with them. We do it together now, both are in Bigger. But next year will be different. So I want to know how others handle storytime with multiple children in different manuals. Looking forward to hearing how others plan. Thanks
Blessings,
Michelle

I am interested to see what others do about this as well. But for now I am doing storytime for each guide (CTC, Bigger, and Little Hearts). I think they like having their own storytime, and I like for the storytime to be on their level just like everything else in the guide is. I think I have heard that some pick the lower or the middle guide and just do storytime for everyone from that. I know it would save time, but I like to read to them, and this gives me an excuse to do just that. :D

That's my 2 cents. Gotta do what's best for you and yours.
