Water2wine,
Dh was at home working on my bathroom tonight and so sweetly sent me my file. :D

Here's the printing instructions:
If you are printing this booklet for yourself, you can choose how many of each page you would like to include in your child’s notebook. If your printer prints on both sides of the page, you can print the same page on both sides. Print the cover sheet of your choice on a piece of cardstock of your child’s favorite color. Cut all the pages in half.
The binding can be one of several things. You can staple the whole book together and then run a line of tape over the edge to make it neat and cover the staples. Or, you could hole-punch the pages and put them in a small ring-binder notebook. You can find ring-binder notebooks for ½ sheets of regular copy paper (8.5” x 11”) at many office supply stores. For a finished look, have the pages comb-bound, either on your own, or at an office supply store that provides that service for a small fee.

Anyway, so I was wrong about the size. I think the half size would be better anyway, especially if you were going to put it inside a Bible cover or something like that. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.
