From those who have BTDT, is there anything that I really need to "get together" or prepare before we start. I have made a schedule for each child adding in the other things we are doing (Spanish, phonics, the English and Math we chose to use, etc). I set up a workbox area (it is actually a neat shelf of cubbies that my FIL built for me). I have looked through the guides and gotten a feel for the flow of the lessons. I have decided on number of pages to read/be read in DITHR and also in our read aloud. Is there anything huge I am missing/forgetting? I have read lots about the timelines in Bigger - should I have already started this or does the manual tell me the when, where, and how of that?
Thanks in advance!
Rebecca

Yes, I am doing Bigger too, and the manual tells us how to do the timeline on one of the beginning days. We need a file folder or two sheets of paper taped together.

Here's a past thread that may be of help for Bigger Hearts: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4257
This one may help for Beyond too: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2944
Remember, you don't have to do it the way each of the ladies suggested. These are just ideas to get you thinking.
If you read through the Introductory pages of both Beyond and Bigger Hearts, it will guide you through the same type of organization that the ladies are visiting about on the threads I linked above.
Blessings,
Carrie
