not just a coincidence....
not just a coincidence....
Our scheduled history reading to day in Little Pilgrims was about St. Patrick! How neat is that? I love when God works out even the littlest details!

Re: not just a coincidence....
That's so cool!! Just out of curiousity (since I have "Little Pilgrims") what Unit and day are you on? Maybe we will take a sneak peak at that one.

Re: not just a coincidence....
We are on unit 20 day 1 of LHFHG (page 49-50 in your Little Pilgrims book)!
Now off to print out a coloring page of St. Patrick. We are also going to do a craft this afternoon when nap is over by painting an old cocoa can black, and thinking of all our blessings to put on little gold coins (paper that I need to go punch out now) that we can fill our black "pot" with. We will also make a 3-leaf clover. I'm not sure if this is true or folk lore, but I read once that the reason we have clovers as part of St. Patrick's Day is because he used a 3-leaf clover to teach about God the trinity. So we will cut out green hearts, glue them into a clover and lable them Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
And making sugar cookies rolled in green sugar. Corned beef and Colcannon for dinner.

Re: not just a coincidence....
I love the way God works all things for His glory. He is amazing to coordinate the little details of our lives, isn't He!
Whenever I have that happen I am always amazed!
