Question for Carrie about encyclopedia..
I had noticed on another thread you had mentioned using the Kingfisher History Encyclopedia for the research in Preparing. That got me wondering if you were going to also recommend it as a resource for Creation to Christ? Is there a similar "research" element in the new guide?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Question for Carrie about encyclopedia..
Leslie,
I actually only own the old KIngfisher Encyclopedia, so we aren't recommending the newer versions. We are pretty picky with encyclopedias, which is why we haven't ever put one into our packages (with the exception of the Usborne Internet-Linked Ancient World shown here):

I have really enjoyed having on hand a good Bible dictionary for research combined with wikipedia (even though wikipedia has some inaccuracies sometimes). We've not run into the inaccuracies with the younger level of research currently scheduled within our guides. We do use a few other encyclopedias at our house that we have on hand but none are ones we'd wholeheartedly recommend as there's too much evolution in almost all of them!
Blessings,
Carrie
