Thankful for HOD

We recently returned from a trip to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial (and Custer State Park). Our extended family was impressed with what my kids knew, especially while we were at Mount Rushmore. And I was happy to see that some of the books used by HOD were for sale at Crazy Horse. It was comforting to know that the books included in HOD are well rounded and show different sides of history. I know my kids are getting a solid education with HOD!
