Carrie, Did I Order?

Ugh! I am frustrated with myself.

I now KNOW that I ordered the Bigger extension package because I got a confirmation email this evening

However, I didn't get a confirmation email a few days ago when I "thought" I ordered the Bigger manual and couple of other things.

Hmmmm...it will be difficult to get the extension material WITHOUT the actual Bigger program! Ugh! Also, if I knew that I didn't order it yet, I would have placed it all in the same order and saved shipping!

How could I have thought I ordered TWICE and not ordered either time?

Ummmm I promise never to snicker at anyone elses clueless behavior! :oops:

Callia,

My husband checked on orders from your email address and saw that you did indeed order "Bigger..." and some other items on January 17. It shipped already by USPS and my husband tracked it. It is in Ballwin, MO and will be delivered tomorrow. It would have delivered today, except for the holiday.

Your order from this evening will ship out tomorrow morning. I'm sorry for the confusion, we're continually working to make our shopping cart easier to understand.

Thank you, Carrie. I honestly don't think your ordering process is confusing! I think I must have gotten distracted one screen before I actually ordered today. I do remember putting in my credit card number and everything else I needed. I just didn't press that very last confirmation button, I guess.

This evening when I finally did actually order, I got a confirmation email from you. So then I did a search in my emails to see if I got a confirmation email when I ordered the first items. But I only saw this confirmation email and an email that said I was able to post on the message board.

SO then I began to wonder if I had indeed ordered from you the first time!

You know...I think it is time for me to go to bed!

I appreciate your help. I'll try real hard to be a low-maintenance customer from now on! :oops:

Thank you so much. I am VERY excited to know the curriculum is scheduled to arrive TOMORROW! I just know my daughter (and with the extension package--daughterS) will love our new curriculum! We can't wait to get started!

You're so funny! It was no problem to check on your order :lol:. I'm so excited that you'll be getting your items tomorrow too. I love getting homeschool books in the mail! :wink:
