I have a friend with a high school student who has problems with spelling. She is in a program that will issue her a diploma when she graduates in two years, but only if she gets her spelling scores up on the achievement test the program uses as criteria for progress. Does anyone have any links to an online program that would be appropriate? I looked at Time4Learning and their word lists for 7th-8th grades look good, but I'm not sure that the price is worth it just for spelling. I'd appreciate any help I can get for her--she's pretty desperate about now.
Thanks!

Did you know that some schools are starting to take spelling out of their curriculum?
There are a couple local schools that I know have already done this (implimented last school year). Unfortunately one of my friends daughters goes to that school district.
