Half-Speed Schedules for Preparing and Res to Ref

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could show me or direct me to a thread that shows what Preparing and Res to Ref at half-speed look like. Thanks in advance!

I'm sure there are some examples on the board, but I'm not sure where. I think when most people have done half-speed they do the left side of the guide one day and the right side the next.
