Is the Austin Fam on vacation?

I have been waiting over a week for a reply for an email I sent. When I call, I get voicemail. I want to place my order but need to chat about it. Is the Austin family on vacation? This doesn't seem typical to have to wait so long for a reply. I hope everyone is ok and they are just busy this time of year.

Did you leave a voicemail? I have emailed them and spoken with them over the phone multiple times and usually receive a response with in 2 business days.

Yep, we were gone on vacation. We did continue shipping orders and returning phone calls, and business went on as usual for much of our trip, but with a smaller crew there was a lag at the end of our trip in both phone calls and emails. This was because I ended up with several ER visits on our vacation due to scary bouts with potential heart and stroke symptoms, but in the end have discovered I have an inner ear inbalance which set off vertigo and spiked my blood pressure. So, we're also working through that now that we're back home. We're just praising the Lord that it isn't more serious, but it's left me unable to drive or work for a bit here, making it a heavier load for everyone else both school and workwise! My husband's aunt also passed away after a battle with cancer since we returned home, so his family commitments have played a part as well. I apologize about the delay, as customer service is very important to us! We're catching up on things this week as best as we can, and I'm heading in the right direction too.

I just want to pray for you. Sounds like things are insanely busy and hectic for you and your family. When we are distracted by life going on in this world, I pray that you and your family can find time to take rest in our Lord. Psalm 91:2.

Oh my, Carrie! I am so sorry! I figured something was going on because it was unlike you guys to respond. If you don't mind, I would love to pray for you and your dear family. You are going to need another vacation from this last vacation .

Get better and take some time to heal. We will all still be here . There are many ladies here that have been so helpful in guiding myself and the rest of the newbies. I am blessed to be a part of the HOD family .
