Shout out to Singapore Math Customer Service!

Just have to share my experience with Singapore Math Customer Service. Some might have seen my previous post about my son's 2B workbook having pages missing and double of other pages. I had contacted Singapore Math because I couldn't remember what merchant I ordered it from. They originally said they couldn't help since I hadn't purchased it from them. I inquired for someone to ask management if something could be done since it was a printing error and not any damage caused by myself or the merchant I purchased it from. Well, I got an email today from someone different at Singapore and was able to speak to him by phone. I'm happy to say they are sending out a replacement priority mail today! So thankful!
